Returns & Exchanges

 

At Dilruba, every piece is crafted with care. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received has a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect item.

 

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video.

 

Once approved after inspection, the return will be accepted, and the amount will be issued as store credit, which can be redeemed on a future purchase. We do not offer cash or original payment refunds.

 

Please note that custom-made, customised, or altered orders are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
